Normally a pick up item would be paid for by cash on pick up and a seller would complete an unpaid item case if no response from the buyer.
However when a pick up item is paid for in advance you can send one last message stating if there is no response within 24 or 48 hours you will be refunding less fees and cancelling the transaction.
I assume you have alreday sent messages in attempt to arrange a pick up day.
