I try to report dodgy toilet paper gouging scum bags using drop downs 1)Prohibited and Restricted Items, 2) Price Gouging 3) Hygiene items etc however when I hit Submit a red message comes up "Please provide correct information in the highlighted fields" with ..Please enter a valid listing number for a listing that has not ended **bleep** The correct item number is on the screen as part of the report and there is nowhere to enter any other number Is this some sort of device by ebay to make people give up trying to report these offenders? Are they passive part of a conspiracy? Just interested in the listing fees? I don't think so as ebay like any corp runs on reputation so there has to be a good answer. Anyone know what it is please or what to do to report these slimebags?

I have not had that message on the ones I have reported

I use Google Chrome on a laptop

I have, in the past on a non-toilet paper item I reported get the exact message when I was using Microsoft Edge as a browser


I don't have any other advice on how to report that hasn't already been said dozens of times

If you are using that as a browser, or IE, or using the app, that would explain the message
