Refund of postage

Hope I can get some advice?

I listed and sold (yea) an item

The listing stated

No refunds..

3 Business Days Handling...

4-6 Business Days Post...

So worst case scenario 9 days..

Buyer is disgruntled as item has still not arrived...three days out?

Auction finished late, buyer pp next morning...I sent item same day as I was paid Uploaded tracking number as the  Courier picked up same day..

I did try to find out Friday as to the status  (location) of the item..

Courier said they will call me back ..

My buyer wanted this asap, as indicated AFTER purchsing and really gave me very little time to accommodate  her requests...but I tried... Now she states that Courier Company owes her refund...?

I don't think so ...As i did indicate ALL terms and conditions.

I am all ears?????
