The buyer claimed that he has not received the item on 31 July and ebay in favour on buyter and force me to make a refund to buyer. Howerver, Once I refunded back to the buyer on 31 July. The item has been delivered to the buyer on 1 Aust. In this case, How can I get the money back from buyer after refund since the buyer finally have received the item?
