Reporting a mamber

Hi..I had a member last year near the end of the year buy off me..she then wrote to me saying she never received so i sent replacement...a couple of months later ( i have a very good memory ) she brought off me again and i thought nothing of it until she did the same thing..anyway it was only a very small amount so i refunded but i did tell her she has already done this 2 me twice b/f. she also had 2 accts which i later got a message from ebay saying 1 acct was fraudelent..anyway i totally forgot about it and she has now bid on something of mine again..i no I can block her but after i did some searching i notice she is doing it to alot of sellers..What can be done.?? i have looked for answers but cant find any ? Thanks 🙂
