Hello. I had to cancel my last successful sale as I forgot to update my new address, which I've now updated. I need to tell the buyer that I will resend the item(s) if eBay will send a new seller label for the package. Can you please assist?
Did you cancel the previous label? You have 5 days to do so.
You will need to do that (wait about a month for the money to be credited) and purchase a new label from eBay if you want to use eBay labels
