Resolved Case: Not Resolved Afterwards.

Hi all,

I did not receive my item. 

Seller provided tracking number for another one so case was resolved.

Item did not arrive.

What are my options?

You NEVER close a dispute until you're completely satisfied with the outcome, and promises to resend an item don't count because that's all they are ...... "promises"

 

You could try going to the link below and scroll to the bottom to contact eBay and see if they'll reopen the dispute. If they won't then you could try a Paypal dispute in their Resolution Centre if you paid that way.
