The buyer wanted to return a pair of jeans that were BNWT. I accepted the return even though she had left less than complemtry feedback. When the jeans arrived, the tags have been massively damaged. (tag is thick cardboard) Looks like they it has been chewwed repeatedly by a dog with a good part of the corner chewed off.
I can't sell this item to another buyer as New With Tags. I would complain if an item reached me in this condition. What should I do. If I refund her, I am stuck with an item I can't sell nor use. If I don't refund her, I could have a Paypal case on my hands.
