I sold an iPhone in it's box with all the original bits (I have a seperate selling account) and the buyer asked if they could return it as it wasn't quite what they wanted. They offered to recompense my selling fees & pay return postage so I agreed.
I have got the phone back with the box & all the accessories, BUT the phone has been swapped... the serial no & IMEI are different to the phone I sent. I haven't responded to the buyer yet as i'm not sure how to respond.
Can someone please advise as I do not want to refund for an iPhone that is definately not the same one that I posted out.
