I need help.
I sold this item 133455553418 in good faith. The buyer said the item didnt fit and then said they were not genuine. They are genuine and no alterations were made.
I accepted a refund request. He then put negative feedback on my impecable rating.
Since then he hasnt sent the item back and has now told me he on sold them. The paypal payment is on hold and he wont close the dispute
what can I do
If you wait a few days the dispute will time out if he does not escalate it and he cannot escalate if he does not have them now.
Or you could contact Live Chat and ask them to look at the message where he says he has onsold them.
