Seller keeps trying to get me to Buy more of his items, how do l stop this ?

l Bought a number of items from an Interstate Seller, l am now "Bombarded" with requests to purchase more of his Stock.  A Polite, " No Thank you ", is doing nothing l am afraid.

How do l Block a Seller, not a Buyer, l cannot find any information anywhere for this.

Report the seller for spamming you using this link:

You cannot block a seller, but if they are violating one of eBay’s policies, that can be reported.

But you can add them to your blocked buyers list which will remove their ability to send messages.

Eventually. I think it's 90 days after a transaction before blocks actually work
