To get seller protection on lost items in the post, is using a ebay posting label and lodging item in a ebay satchel over the counter at the post office & having receipt enough to get cover. A little unsure about this as when it says a postcode or address of the buyer needs to be proved, is using the ebay labels proving this or does SOD need to be used no matter what to get seller protection.
