Selling Fees

Hi, on the 11/05/16 I sold my Suburu Liberty on here for $450. Straight away I messaged the buyer to organise the pickup of my vehicle, after several messages and three days later the buyer finally replied with a blunt message saying 'the had become ill and could no longer buy my car.' Due to ebay thinking I had sold my car I was charged and had $68 taken from my acount. I was fine for the $8 to come out as it was the listing price although I was being charged an extra $60 for 'selling' my car when really the buyer pulled out after the auction had finished. I've left the ebay item as awaiting payment due to not knowing what to do next. Basically I was just wondering if theres something i can do about both the fact that the buyer committed to buying my car on ebay but has chosen not to follow through with it and/ or if i can get my $60 back for not actually selling my car.
