Buyer: not paying, not responding to messages, advised eBay. Unable to cancel sale as option not offered in drop down. EBay has deducted $100.05 from my PayPal account for the sale that did not happen. I am stuck as I cannot resolve the issue with the seller. The the framing of the A.I. questions on the PayPal resolution platform and the eBay seller resolution platform do not fit my situation so I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated with my eBay selling experience.
You should be able to either cancel the sale or open an unpaid item dispute which you need to close 4 days later. Provided it's within the 32 day timeframe of sale date.
Either of these will result in a fee credit.
Today is friday, eBay site maintenance, strange things happen so try tomorrow.
