Sendle pickup issues

What a nightmare experience. Purchased post label via eBay sale. It was "buyer preferred". Failed to collect the parcel 3 days in a row (AND even though a special pick was arranged after failing 2 days in a row). Then closed on Fri for weekend and public holiday (MOn 2nd Jan).
So I just bought an Aust Post label. Never using Sendle again.

Excellent idea, given how many complaints there are on the forum alone about them

Buyer preferred? well eBay may think so, I doubt too many buyers agree

People have posted their sold items not being picked up for two weeks and more
