Setting reserve pric

How do I set a reserve price on my item for auction. There seems to be no option for this on my page

Having a Reserve should be available on all items. This sux.

Only a few areas are permitted a reserve price.

ie cars and property.

Your reserve price is the minimum amount you start you bidding at.

If you have an auction with a buy now price that is NOT a reserve either.

Once a bid is placed the buy now option is gone and the item is then at auction only.
