I have purchased some shoes which were listed as Size 8 in the listing header, item specifics and item description.
When I paid for the item and it arrived the box says US Size 8, which is actually Size 6.5 in Australia.
I was purchasing from someone in Australia on the Australian ebay site of a Size 8 shoe so I believe the seller is in the wrong here and should accept a return of the product.
They dispute this and state that the box says 8 and the shoe brand is American and they have followed the ebay listing rules. I can't seem to find anything in the rules or guidelines regarding chothing / shoe sizes or anything.
Can anyone advise if there are any rules or guidelines on this issue, and if the seller is incorrect?
