The last few days my Ebay Sales channel on Shopify cant connect to Ebay.
I have gone through the loops Shopify suggested - clear cache , different browser , close channel then reopen , and all present the same message -
After the Ebay sign i page comes up I get -
s-oo.storeconnect.io says access denied.
Shopify have checked and they say there isnt an issue with my store set up at all so is on ebay end.
I have messaged ebay supprt but no reply as yet.
I have resorted to removing all my items off ebay in case there was an issue there but still no different.
Most of my sales ( 99%) are through Shopify so not a massive issue if I have to close my ebay store and give up on ebay - the time managing listings and separating stock on two locations not worth the extra time , but I would like to have both working again.
From Shopify it is easy to select which items to share on ebay and set pridces to suit ebay ( to cover the extra costs of selling on ebay ).
