Someone from overseas has bid on 2 of my items and retracted both. Stating that the item was too expensive, one of the items was for $1.50!

An overseas member has retracted 2 bids on seperate items on my boyfriends listings stating they were too expensive.  One item was $1.55!  Before he could block them they have bid on other items.  How does he retract their bids? .  Thanks guys.
