Status of a case

The buyer opened three cases on Jun 13, 2017, but we can't refund her in cases as our account has some problem, wo we contact the buyer about the problem, and we were willing to give full refund via Paypal, and ask her to close the case after received full refund. But the buyer has no reply, and upgrade the case directly. The worst thing is the buyer opened six cases on Jun 21, 2017,we contact buyer we're willing to give full refund through Paypal,but still have no reply. I am desperate,I do not know what to do.
