Why,are sales to one particular Buyer,  flagged as " Suspicious Activity ". when they are Bona Fide

Have you been advised not to post ?

Suspicious activity  can include,  but not limited to:

Posting to an address  linked  with  previous scams 

A hijacked account

Use of a stolen credit card

Yes, I am curious to know how the OP knows for fact they are 'bona fide' and the buyer has not indeed had their account hacked and /or card details compromised
