4 days ago i received a gmail feom ebay saying that my account is TEMPORARY RESTRICTED. i told them to send a gmail to get it back..i sent a gmail but still no reply..what should i do then

Are you sure it was really eBay and not a scammer pretending to be eBay?
Was it on this account you only opened a week ago?
eBay don’t send emails from a gmail account.
