I refunded 2 buyers two small amounts of money for postage because my local post office allowed two items to go cheaper than I charged. I did not get the TRS Premium badge on those listings because I was charging for postage. After that, I had only a couple of listings (due to the auto relist not being permitted) and they didnt show the badge even though under normal circumstances the listings would have had it. Would that be because I refunded about $2.50 in total to those buyers who were paying for their postage separately.
