The buyer ask cancel transaction after more than 2 weeks.I got the payment the buyer got the item.

The buyer asking to cancel 2 week's old transaction.He payed me,i sent the item after that,he got the item because it was registered and insured parcel.So he change his mind and he to wants money back now after 2 weeks.Is it right to do this?Thank you your help.
