The purchase a product which isn’t visible on the website or eBay

Note in the "ended listings" euca smell expell sandalwood how did this end up live on ebay , when deleted months ago ? please make sure we re-list all thats NOT LISTED , but not the sandalwood smell expell. thanks see pic attached showing it was listed but now ended

The problem is that someone was able to purchase a product which isn’t visible on the website or eBay - so how could they have purchased it?

Additionally, the 'team' is other members, not eBay.

We can't relist anything of yours, that's your responsibility, as is setting your stock levels correctly.

There are known problems with multi-listings....I checked your site & can still purchase sandalwood??? Manually adjust your listing....otherwise you will be deemed 'out of stock' and suffer a neg
