This morning I received an email from Ebay advising my 'unpaid item' case for a buyer had closed and

This morning I had eBay advise via email that they had closed a case for an unpaid item from a buyer. Two hours later I received a 'case opened'' email advising the buyer hadn't received his item!!!!!!!! I have contacted the buyer direct, but don't know what else I can do, as seems nigh on impossible to contact Ebay. The buyer is new to Ebay with only one (1) feedback, but how can they receive requests to pay, ignore them and then open a case with the same company? Totally a waste of time these days.
