Turbo wont allow me to upload listings. Why?

I keep getting an error message on turbo which dont allow upload and my listings weight changes from grammes to ounces. I have no idea why. I am listing on the Aust site
Apparently that does not allow the listing to upload.
How can I stop it from happening.
I am currently doing a full update of turbo but I only did one a few days ago and since then I have had the problem

Another thread about the same issue. There is a glitch with TL.
