If I give my wife an Administrator Account on our PC (running Window 7) she can't run TurboLister. On opening, a fatal error occurs: "Unable to upgrade App.tdb. please contact ebay Customer Support"
Changing her account to a Standard User account solves the problem.
Can anyone explain why this is happening?
