Unable to edit refund policy in line with new top rated seller guidelines. Is anybody else having problems?

 

 

I have been trying to edit my refund policy to bring it into line with the new top rated seller guidelines. I have successfully edited my postage policy but have been unable to either edit or create a new refund policy either through the business policies section or by editing existing listings. A message comes up saying that I will be unable to perform this action at this time. Is anybody else having the same issues and if so how did you overcome them? HELP!!   🙂

It could be a temporary issue so try again later or tomorrow and if still have issues you might need to call ebay.
