I'm trying to sell an item on ebay for the first time. However every time i try to list one, i get an error message. I'm unsure if this is due to the scheduled maintenance or something else. Is anyone else having this problem??
Maintenance is on Friday afternoon, so that is not your problem.
Have you upgraded your paypal account to a Premium account?
Have you actually registered as a seller?
And have you registered a credit card with ebay to pay your fees?
