Can you have a look at this thread over on discussions, it has confused the hell out of me. Aparantly an UPI was opened without the seller requesting? Sorry if this is the wrong thing to do here on AC, but I really I am confused.
Yes, there is an option to have UPI case opened automatically after 4 days. It makes things easier for the large volume sellers. I think 4 days is too early, what if people paid by DD? It can lead to many very angry buyers.
