I have just opened my first unpaid item case, I know I wait 4-5 days before escalating, is that business days please?
You don`t escalate a NPB dispute, you simply close it, you wait 4 full days, (to the minute) whether business or weekend days is not relevant, just close it when the 4 days have passed if payment has not been received.
You get your fees back and can relist if you wish.
