Unpaid item dispute closed can they leave negative feedback worried as they brought multiple items paid for some and not others

Hi all. Recently after trying to communicate with a non payer and getting no response. I opened an unpaid item case.  Now I am already aware they cant leave a neg for the unpaid item at the centre of the dispute.  But unfortunately I didnt realise they had purchased other items off me previously,  which they had paid for and I had posted.  I am worried they will now leave a neg for the items purchased and paid for previous to the one the dispute was opened for as they got very nasty,  was another case of the buyer not reading the item description properly.  So I have a question. Can a buyer who has and unpaid item dispute opened against them also leave feedback for other items? Or does the dispute process stop them leaving feedback for other items also?. I just wish I had of realised they had made the separate purchases before opening the dispute... Would never of done it as I know how some buyers work on here. Thanks in advance.
