Unpaid postage

Hi, my buyer has paid for items but accidentally clicked on local pick up instead of post. They have realised their mistake and now wants to pay for postage. How can they do this?

Send them an invoice, or list an item for 'postage for ...' and give them the link.

If they don't pay within a few days cancel using 'problem with buyer's address. And block them.

I doubt it was an accident.

Agreed, there is an awful lot of buyers who 'accidently' click on local pick up lately
