Unreasonable buyer

I recently sold a top which was damaged (had a hole down the middle) and the fault was mentioned in the listing and photographed. The buyer contacted me saying there was another hole that wasn't mentioned in the description asking for further steps. I then told the buyer that if she wanted to return, I would happily refund the full cost + the return postage. Then she e mailed back requesting a "higher refund" because "she doesn't believe I will be able to re-sell it." I personally think this is quite unreasonable because I was not trying to trick her, was being very considerate, plus I have 100% positive feedback (have been trading here for a very long time and never encountered a situation like this before) and I think she wants to make money off me. How would you proceed in this situation? Thanks for your replies and suggestions.
