Unreasonable neutral feedback, can it be removed?

A rabbit hutch,marked used with good photos which showed all details purchased. Buyer was ridiculous in their constant cancelling of pick up arrangements but we persevered. Finally they wanted to pick up when noone home. This is not what we normally do as I like to meet and help my buyers with loading, as previous comments will attest to. Buyer picked up, I advised they had left one of three parts behind, they advised item dirty...we had cleaned it a week prior to their original pick up date then item sat in car port during atrocious weather. Item was indeed chewed, its a rabbit hutch for goodness sake and it was marked as used and photos clearly show this. Buyer peeved at the cost of petrol to pick up item....they live in San Remo we live in Kalorama, why buy?? BUYER OFFERRED FULL REFUND IF NOT HAPPY JUST RETURN ITEM! Then given a discount as they had left roof behind! Do not think I deserve neutral comments..can this be reversed? All conversations detailed inmessages..what recourse do I have?
