What can I do? Selling an item for $50 starting bid and Buy it Now for $100..One bid made for $50, later on other buyer ask for buy now $100

I am a bit concern with the contract policy... Once a buyer made the bids, then Buy It Now is no longer in use... That is what I know of.... It's first time I ever been asked by other buyer made the offer to buy now.... Should I say to other buyer No it cannot be allowed as the bidding is still carrying on...
If allow to sell other buyer buy it now before the bidding ending time (after the buyer already made the bid before buy it now), what can I do?

once a bid is made, the Buy it Now is no longer available. it is now just an ordinary auction, and you can just advise the person asking for buy it now, to bid and good luck with his bidding.
