I sent a buyer the wrong parcel and resolved this by providing a full refund at her request. However, she refuses to return the parcel that I sent by mistake despite offering to pay for postage or pick it up personally. I also offered the opportunity to buy the products contained in the parcel (valued at around $300) but she has also refused. eBay customer service advised that I continue to communicate with her requesting return of the parcel, but she is becoming very aggressive.
Is there anything I can do to ensure that either a) I get the parcel back; or b) she pays for the goods?
