I have a first time buyer who didn't read the conditions of the item and didn't realise the phone he bought would only work in Japan. He now wants out of the sale. I'm a first time seller so I don't know what to do now. Can i offer it to the second highest bidder and, if so, how do i find out who that was? Can someone please help?
