What do I do if a buyer is saying that Ebay is not accepting their payment and asking if there is any other option for payment?

PayPal is the payment option I had listed for the item but they buyer is saying it won't accept their payment and asking if there is any other way to make payment. Not sure what I should do?
Don't want to go giving out bank account details in case it is a scam!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Give them your bank details.
The worst they can do is deposit money into your account.
Unless they have passwords for your bank accounts giving them your details they can not do anything other than deposit.
If you are concerned then open another bank account specifically for ebay payments and do not let the amount build up to too much in there.
A lot of buyers still prefer bank dep payments and by not offering it you may loose buyers.
