What do I do if the highest bidder has not paid and does not answered my emails enquiring about this? Is it OK to go to second chance offer?

My highest bidder wrote to me immediately after the auction to say that they wanted to collect the item and pay for it on a Saturday. I do not offer personal collection at my home, only payment via paypal.

I wrote back straight away to inform them that this is my preference, as stated in my ad, but that I could have them collect the item on either Saturday or Sunday within specific timeframes.

It is now 6 days later and I have had no response from them. I have sent 2 more emails, stating the deadline for payment for the item.

Assuming they do dot pay or respond by the deadline, is it them ok for me to disregard them and go to second chance offer?

This is the first time someone has provided no communication re their purchase so I am unable to understand the issue.
