What do I do when buyer doesn't stick to payment options

I have just sold an item stipulating payment options as paypal or direct deposit. Now the buyer doesn't want to pay until her husband views it. Can they do this?

the only 'safe' payment option on a Pick Up Only item is Cash on Collection/pickup... never PayPal or bank deposit.

so yes, your buyer is right, she should come to the pick up place, within 4 days, inspect the item and then hand over the cash and take item away
