What else can I do??

Long Story ...Short Version: Buyer purchased and paid 11/6 I sent 11/6 via Courier. Buyer contacted me 27/6 when did I send, parcel not arrived. I tracked immediately, item held at WA Depot, delivery attempted and carded 3 times, awaiting contact from buyer. I replied to buyer with info, no reply. Followed up 2 days later with Courier, no contact from buyer. Messaged buyer again, then following day requested contact details from Ebay. Phone and address QLD - disconnected phone...Paypal address WA - has moved I guess and not updated ebay details. I emailed buyers paypal email - returned to me undeliverable. I contacted courier yesterday, still no contact, asked courier to please hold at WA depot until 13th so I can try to contact buyer again. Third and final message sent to buyer advising this. What else can I do?? Just waiting for INR dispute now. Last resort, just back from AP sending express letter to buyer address asking to contact my landline (reverse charge if need be). Anything else I should do if I do not hear by 13th when courier will re-direct back to me.

There is not much more you can do. If you sent the item to the buyers paypal address, and that is incorrect, then the item will be returned to you.

When it is returned, just refund them, and if they want the item sent again, they will have to contact you and pay for another delivery, the same as if a buyer has an ordinary parcel sent to the wrong address due to not having updated details.

If they open a INR dispute, you will have to contact paypal and let them know that the item was sent to thier paypal address and that it was returned as the details are incorrect.

It sounds like they have just decided to forget about it, if they contacted you once and now wont reply to any emails.

Refund the payment when the item is returned, less the delivery, and then you have no choice but to wait and see if you hear from them again.
