I recently sold a dress to a girl in NSW (and I am in VIC) and it has been 2 weeks since I sent it to her and today she has e-mailed me saying she never received it. I sent it regular post (so no tracking number), with a return address. I truly did send it, so what happens now? Do I have to give her a refund? I don't want negative feedback.... Also in the future should I put "not responsible for lost mail" in my shop policies?
