Hi guys,
I’m looking to sell but don’t have an inventory, so I was wondering what I could sell that I might have at home.
I think you will struggle.
Most would have some items & an idea of how on line selling works. before "looking to sell".
Only you can decide what to sell from your home.
Have you been watching too many YT Videos & now decided that this looks like an easy gig?
I've never been able to "buy" anything for "free".
Research, research, research.
See what you have that you'd like to get rid of. Determine what similar items are selling for. Read the FAQs about selling. Read them again. Register for Managed Payments.
Nothing you get for free is 'bought'. It is a gift or scavenged - generally worth what you paid.
look for stores that have a clearance table.
I once bought 2 Garmin GPS cases for not very much from the clearance table at Officeworks.
Listed them while the Royal Wedding (Will & Kate) was on every TV station, got a good price for both within an hour.
Bunnings sometimes has a clearance table, as do Rebel.
Hi!
People like collecting things, buying appliances that are normally expensive new or just general bargains.
Start with phones, laptops, ornaments, drawers with nick nacks, cables, unused toys, clothing that has tags on or in excellent condition. Remember you can sell tech/electrical for "parts only" and many people turn to Ebay for parts. I've personally bought remotes, power packs, cables, the bottom housing for a laptop, tv stands.
It's probably better to find a "niche". Then you could look at markets or 2nd hand stores to find similar items and fix up/spruce up then sell on Ebay.
Just walk around with a box, if you see something you don't use, put it in the box. Then go through the box and pick the best items to start off with 🙂
if you are prepared to play the long game, buy trinkets after Christmas when they are dirt cheap to sell in early Dec next Christmas.
Same for Easter (but not chocolates), and Halloween. Bunny ears and decorations are good.
So long as you don't mind waiting 11 months, they can be good earners.
