What is the expected/usual turn around pick up time frame from when an item has been purchased?

Howdy,

I'm new to selling items.. I have sold an item and emailed the buyer. They replied eventually (a few days later)  but haven't yet replied to further correspondence with regard to arranging collection. It has now been a week since the item was auctioned and I still dont have info with regard to their pick up date etc.. Am I being impatient? What is the fair/usual time line from point of auction to time of pick up? I only have an email address, no phone number.
