Hi guys,
I have this situation, and got my firs negative feedback.
Buyer sent payment for local postage when should have been International.
I courteously emailed them back, advising as per description etc, they are International and also gave a postage discount and not having to pay the full amount, stating I would also refund any difference (as item was a lot smaller than I had previously shipped).
They claimed didn't get this, email so I fwd: them and said you can pay difference via Paypal.
She did, then not noticing the "Sent" via ebay" (Which I posted 1 hr after receiving instant payment) sent me 6 emails stating the same thing, having failed to see item was sent.
I advise no need to keep sending me the same email 6 time stating the same thing, Paypal already advises instant payment, pls refer to your ebay item was "Sent" hours ago.
Buyer hasn't even got the item yet, but has left negative feedback saying I asked them for extra money.
Any advice would be appreciated...
I doubt ebay will remove it but you can call them and ask.
Click on customer support in the top RH corner and call them.
Tell them to read the messages and see if they will remove it, but don't hold your breath.
OMG Those Tiffany items are 3 for 15MYR on the Malaysian/Asian markets , seen them with my own eyes , Silver will come off after a few times it's worn . Then your going to get some irate buyers getting back to you for refunds.
Like already mentioned , hope you have receipts for your 'genuine' cough Tiffany items or you could find the boys in blue knocking on your door 😮
