What words are considered abusive on ebay if the word 'idiot' is not?

Ebay say the word 'idiot' is ok, its seem there is no standard anymore and we can just use any words we like if we want including moran and imbecile. Is there a way to overcome or get real support if one is truly offended by this types of words?
