I've recently sold two items where both winners have neither contacted me after the sale or paid for/collected the items. I have lodged unpaid item claims for both. I have just closed this claim on one without contact or payment received. How can I see the unpaid item against their account? Can other sellers see it? I'm hoping so as it doesn't seem fair for people to be able to bid and change their mind without at least contacting the seller and discussing it. I've had to wait 8 days before I could relist to try and sell again, just to see them have the unpaid item listed against them.
You can not see any strike given to non payers.
You can block non payers from bidding though.
To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
Once this block is in place you can view if non payers have tried to bid but you can not see their ID.
