Last month I listed an invoice program intended specifically for the Canadian market. I placed my listing in Everything Else/Information Product/Other Information Products and only had seven (7) views. Some of those viewers may have been me.
When I did a search for my listing under “Invoice Software” I could not find my listing. However, searches showed many listings for other’s products under: Computers/Tablets & Networking/Software/Office and Business.
My product is for electronic delivery once payment is confirmed. It is not for mailing in the post.
Please advise of its correct listing category for maximum exposure.
eBay Canada does not offer email assistance and I am hearing impaired.

You are posting on the member to member help forum for eBay Australia , is this where you meant to Ask?
I'm afraid I do not know anything about the eBay sites in countries outside OZ, but there are quite a few other members on these boards who do, so one of them may be able to give you a helping hand
